Recent passport size photo (2 copy)
Updated trade license (with English notary), pad and visiting card (business person)
NOC, salary certificate, office ID card and visiting card (job holder)
Bar council certificate and professional ID card (advocate)
Student ID card copy (student)
Marriage certificate and nikahnama with English notary (husband and wife)
TIN copy and updated tax return certificate copy
Health insurance
Blank bank cheque page (original copy)
